Meet Giada
GELATO CHEF, CAKE DESIGNER AND PLANT LOVER

I am a lucky person, I found my passion very young and after almost 20 years in the Gelato field the spark is still bright.

I've always been the creative type, studied graphic design and applied it to cake design almost immediately thanks to very supportive employers in Italy.
For eleven years they let me experiment with new techniques in order to join the best artisanal gelato and all the shapes and ideas in my head.
​
After a brief time working and getting inspired in London,
I moved to Brisbane to join the team at La Macelleria Gelateria, easily one of the best Gelateria in Australia, where I've been the gelato chef and cake designer for eight years.
​
Once again thanks to incredible support from my workplace I am able to launch my personal line of gelato marvels available only at La Macelleria gelateria Brisbane.
​
I hope all the plant lovers out there will enjoy my creations as much as I do.
